Breathing Tranquility
This exercise is extremely simple to perform and can be done anytime and anywhere. It's almost like mantra or an affirmation. It's power is in the repetition and quality of breathing. The purpose of a mantra is to bring a specific quality to yourself like calmness, love, peace, tranquility. You can even focus on a specific divinity to bring about the qualities of that being like Buddha, Jesus, or whomever. Choose the quality or divinity you'd like to embody.
