Time to grab a crayon and something to color. Really loose yourself to it. Focus on your stokes and the amount of pressure you're putting on the crayon.
Focus on your breath while you color. Breath like you would when your in a deep sleep.
Use colors that you normally wouldn't use. Color outside the lines if you wish. Forget the rules.
The point is...remember how it feels to be a kid. Forget about the world for a while, and have fun with it.
