Protective Bubble Meditation

The Protective Bubble Meditation is great for the workplace or anyplace you feel anxious. I've used this at the grocery store or when surrounded by negativity at a work meeting.

The Protective Bubble

1.Shake out all the tension from your body. I like to shake my hands like I'm shaking water off them. Imagine the tension and negativity shaking off with each movement of your hands. Breath in and out naturally.

2.Imagine an electric blue-white bubble (or force field if you are a Star Wars nerd like me) surrounding your body. You are completely safe inside it. The bubble sparkles with electric protective energy. The bubble surrounds you and moves as you move. The bubble is like a bug zapper letting in only positive energy and disposing of any negative energy that tries to come you way..

3.Move your focus to your breathing. You begin to breathe in pure blue-white, sparkling energy through your pores as you inhale and exhale. The sparking energy fills your both with a strong-centered energy and begins to calm you.

4.Keep the bubble as long as you need it.
