Roadblocks to Stress Relief

The typical issue in starting a new exercise program, or reorganizing your home usually begins with the same excuses. We tend to focus on the reasons "we can't" do something new.


I don't have time.
I'm too busy.
There is too much to learn.
It's too hard.
This won't work for me.
I've tried it once before with no results.

While each of these excuses hold some truth, they can act as a roadblock to better health and a longer more fulfilling life.
